I have spent two and a half years inside PMO roles watching good work get buried under bad process — chasing status updates instead of acting on them, copying the same numbers between five different trackers, losing hours to admin that added nothing. Talking to PMO leads since, we've heard the same story on repeat. This isn't one team's problem. It's the default state of the job.

We built Handles because a role that should be about leadership and delivery had become monotonous by design — governed by manual chasing instead of structure. Copilot tools generate content faster; they don't fix the underlying problem, which is that nobody can trust the data behind it.
